Why if I go to Google Maps are there no roads, cities within the map of Israel?

I came across this problem while doing research for a history course. Apparently Google is conspiring with the Israeli government to restrict information to Palestinian attackers. There is a restriction on better than 2m resolution images, and now roads and cities appear to be ‘secret’ as well. It’s interesting how the roads just come up to the Israeli border and stop. I am a heavy user of Google resources; looks like I need to diversify. Go to Microsoft Live Maps, they still have reliable, apparently accurate info there. http://maps.live.
