Please disable Kingsoft Personal Firewall temporarily, and then try to watch the specific network TV again. If it can be connected without any problem, then the possible reason is that Kingsoft Personal Firewall has prohibited that program or your security level is too high. In this case, please try the following: 1. Find the specific program under the Application tab in Kingsoft Personal Firewall main window. (If you are not sure which program the network TV corresponds to, please clear all of the programs and then open the network TV. The corresponded program will show up in the Applications list.) 2. Change all of its settings of LAN, Internet or Email to Allow. Under the Monitor tab of the main window, you can also move the slider down to change the security level of the Internet or LAN rules to Middle or Low.
