Why I can not on-line check-in?
1. Any passenger who purchases a ticket online will be required to present the relevant credit card at check-in. 2. Charter flights or Code-share flights operated by other airlines. 3. Traveling with infant(s). 4. Under the age of 12 who are traveling unaccompanied. 5. Passengers with award upgrade reservations. 6. Passengers who are not electronic ticket holders. 7. Passengers requiring assistance (such as those with medical conditions). 8. Group travel passengers (10 or more passengers in one single booking). 2.Why I can not self print boarding pass when I complete on-line check-in A: 1. In compliance with government regulations, passengers traveling to or from the US and Australia must still perform a traditional check-in. 2. Passengers who purchase a ticket online or by phone with a credit card cannot print their own boarding pass.
