WinXP has some compatible problem in USB port. Installing Service Pack 1(a) can solve the problem. You can download the program from Microsoft web site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0136e5f8-1684-4202-b2d0-c6a43430f12a&displaylang=en. Windows system provides a function to remind user to update new program for fixing various problem on each operation system. Please adopt the feature and update the system.
