• Due to security concerns, the ports for file sending are probably blocked. You might be able to change the port settings to an open port. You will be able to determine the open port by completing a TCP/UDP port scan. If you cannot find an open port, then an alternative is to sending or receiving files by using your email services such as UofC webmail or hotmail.
