The problem might be cause by different MTU setting between networking devices. To change the MTU setting on the GigaFast router ● Download and Upgrade the latest firmware from www.gigafast.com ● Type http://192.168.8.1/mtu.cgi in the address bar of your web browser (require firmware v1.52 and up) ● Input the MTU number you got from your ISP ● Click on the SAVE bottom If the problem still exists, change the MTU setting on your Network Card.
