Why Hydrogen Power?

0

Hydrogen has many advantages over other fuel sources, and is better as an electricity production and tranportation system than power lines. As a fuel, hydrogen is cleaner, more efficient, and, above all, renewable. This means that we will never run out. Energy production using hydrogen is more efficient than burning coal or other materials, and piping hydrogen is cheaper than putting up and maintaining power lines. When burning hydrogen for power, consider this: Hydrogen burns at 60,000 BTU (British Thermal Units) per pound, while gasoline burns at 18,000 BTU per pound. America and other countries will not need to rely on other small countries with oil and coal deposits. Environmental damage is nearly zero, and the only exhaust is pure water, which can be reused to produce yet more hydrogen.
