WHY HRM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH?
The B.Comm. major in HRM balances a traditional business core by relating practitioner principles, policies and procedures to “real world” situations. Courses feature computer simulations, mock arbitrations, and industry-linked major projects to help students fully integrate the knowledge they acquire in class. In addition, all of the courses required for Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation will be completed as part of the HRM program at the University of Guelph.
