Fully Trained and Competent Plant Operators Our operators are all trained under the nationally recognised CPCS card scheme (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) this involves gaining NVQ’s in Plant & Machinery Operation. At RMR we ensure all of our operators are trained to the highest standard. Within the Plant Categories, each operator undertakes specific training on each category of plant to ensure that they are fully aware of the capabilities and safety issues involving Plant Equipment. Fully Trained Ground Staff For all ground staff (Excluding Plant Operators) hold a nationally recognised CITB/CSCS card scheme, this gives all groundworkers, labourers, & banksman all the relevant safety awareness of working on Construction sites.
