Why hire a child proofer instead of a handyman?
Unlike a professional childproofer, handymen don’t specialize in child safety and don’t install child safety products on a regular basis. As a result, you will personally be required to spend a significant amount of time researching the products you need, finding and purchasing them either by driving to different retail stores, ordering online or a combination of the two (often times paying retail and shipping charges) and storing them until your handyman can install them. If there is a problem with any of the products, you will be responsible for returning the products, replacing them and then pay your handyman to come back out and install the replacement.
