High school level student, they are mature, they know that bringing Mobile Phone to school could have a negative impact on their studies, as it scatters their minds towards out side towards redundant things. And if instead of having a better acquaintance of this if they are still disobeying, there is no way but to restrict them forcefully no to bring cellphone with them .
