Why haven my funds been deposited to my marketindex account?
After opening a marketindex account, you can advise us of your intention to transfer money to in the menu “account” and “deposits”. This will instruct the deposit of funds to your marketindex account. Please note, that once you have advised us of the amount, you still need to transfer it to the marketindex account.
