why haven’t I received the virtual curency or items I order ?
A. Most of our deliveries will be completed within 12hours,but sometimes up to or over 24 hours. This only happens when there is an unexpected low inventory on some servers.If it takes more than 24 hours and your order still hasn’t been fulfilled ,we will email and ask you if you are willing to wait for more time .If yes ,we can try our best to continue the work.If no,you can ask us to cancel the order you make and you will get a full refund.
