Why havent I received my issue on time or at all?
The first issue of every subscription is sent by First Class Mail. All subsequent issues of your subscription are sent by Bulk Mail. It is our understanding that Bulk Mail is dealt with at your local post office level, and regulated more locally than First Class Mail. Therefore, if the address given for your account is correct and your subscription is active, you may want to check with your local post office about the criteria for their Bulk Mail delivery. If you have checked with your local post office and you still have not received your packet, simply contact us at service@dramaministry.com.
