Why haven I heard about Noni Juice?
Commercial production of Noni Juice is a relatively new process started in the late 1990’s. Even though the Polynesians have been using Noni Fruit and Juice for about 2000 years, the first full scientific research began in 1993, by food scientists John Wadsworth and Stephen Story, who were introduced to the Noni fruit by a friend who had visited Tahiti. After more than 3 years of research, in 1996, John and Stephen were able to successfully develop the method necessary to harvest, process, flavour and bottle the Noni Juice while preserving its natural, critical elements.
