Customers using free email services such as Hotmail and Gmail are especially likely to experience this, and people with Yahoo accounts may want to enter an alternative email address as we consistently encounter this problem with Yahoo. Also, your spam filter may affect whether or not you receive the email with the link to the PDF, so you may want to turn your spam filter off before requesting the email.
