Why have myHermes increased their prices?
Like all VAT registered companies who offer goods and services for sale, we have had to reflect the revision of the VAT rate back to 17.5% from 15% effective 1st January 2010. If you are VAT registered, then you can claim the VAT back. You may also notice that whilst we have increased our 0-2 Kg rate by 2 pence (ex VAT) we have significantly reduced our 2-5 kg rates, to offer even better value for money.
