roses like Knockouts and Carpet roses will take a break during the hottest days of summer…. nothing you do will start them up again so don’t go crazy with the water…. you can, however, see that they have new fertilizer down…. the granulated slow release bloom food…..then water normally and wait… the weather will ease up and they’ll bloom again just fine…..
