GCS has pending litigation against Lyon Construction, the company that built Oak Ridge Elementary. Because of this, Lyon Construction has and will continue to be at Oak Ridge, as the district must give them an opportunity to review areas where GCS proposes to do work. Lyon Construction was not performing the work in question. GCS staff were/are always on site with Lyon Construction.
