Why have i got low right sided abdominal pain since my miscarriage?

Since I had a miscarriage four months ago I have had continuous trips to the doctors to see why I have this pain. I have had an ultasound and was told it was ok and had numerous swabs but there is no sign of any infection. The pain is not severe but is sharp and sometimes stabbing I am really worried about cervical cancer.
