Why have Extra Expense cover & Negative & Faulty Stock?

0

Extra Expense cover is usually needed for features or large documentaries where extra expense may be incurred due to the interruption, delay, postponement, cancellation or abandonment of the shoot, following damage or destruction of props, sets, principal location and/or facilities which are used during the production. For instance, if a film set is burnt down or the location is flooded and cannot be used, the extra costs involved in moving to an alternative location are recoverable under Extra Expense Insurance.
