Why hasn’t my Xbox Live information (gamer card, achievements, etc.) shown up on my profile?
First, make sure that your gamertag is spelled correctly. If your gamertag has spaces, use spaces when you enter it on the Raptr site! Second, you’ll want to verify we can get to the account. You can do this by clicking on your Xbox Live username in the ‘About’ window, just under your Raptr card, on your profile page. If you can view your profile and gamercard on Xbox Live using this link, you are using the correct ID. Xbox Live now has privacy settings for your profile. ‘Gamer Profile’, ‘Online Status’ and ‘Played Games’ all need to be set to ‘Everyone’ or we won’t be able to retrieve your information.
