Federal Perkins Loans will not disburse unless students are properly enrolled for the semester. This loan program requires full time enrollment of 12 credit hours. Per federal regulation, audit hours do not count towards enrollment hours for Federal Perkins Loans. First-time borrowers need to complete an on-line Perkins Master Promissory Note and Perkins Loan Entrance Counseling.
