Why hasn’t Memorial Stadium been updated yet?
The district will not make any updates to Memorial Stadium at the Good Samaritan Athletic Complex until the building design for the high school is finalized. Rather than make the updates on a piecemeal basis, the district is creating an overarching plan that accounts for all intended upgrades and the best time, in terms of schedule, to make these upgrades. It does not make good financial sense to make updates now if the long-term project plan would require that those updates be redone later.
