It is possible that persons are isolated by artificial intelligence chatbots on Yahoo Chat. According to Jeff Bonforte, Vice President, Yahoo Messenger, this summer Yahoo “will introduce improvements that address these issues” and “will begin rolling out new security measures to distinguish the humans from the machines. Humans are welcome, machines are not. The result will be a dramatic decrease in the number of ‘bots’ that are spoiling chat rooms”. It is also possible that artificial intelligence chatbots are used in Yahoo Answers.
