Wisconsin authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a young girl who was forced into a car with three men. Oshkosh police says the girl is between the ages of 12 and 14. They say she was walking Wednesday morning when a vehicle pulled up next to her. Police say a black man and white man got out and forced the girl into the vehicle. Another black man was driving. The girl is described as a skinny 5-foot black female. She was wearing a pink tanktop and orange shorts, and had a shiny hair band. A witness describes the vehicle as a boxy maroon four-door vehicle, with rust spots and a 2 in the license plate. Oshkosh police ask anyone who might know the girl’s name or who might have information on the incident to call them at 920-236-5700.
