Our center has found that Wavefront laser vision correction improves nighttime driving visual performance in most of our patients as compared with conventional LASIK performed before 2005. Laser retreatments have dropped significantly by using the laser on the corneal surface or directly underneath Bowman’s layer. Retreatment rates have dropped to below 2% and we have seen improvements in the quality of vision after surgery. Our former office manager can attest to the satisfaction of his night vision as compared with patients who have had conventional non-wavefront laser vision correction previously in our cen
