Why has the right navigation bar moved to the bottom of the page?
Check the Content area for a table, graphic or photo. Any of these may be too wide causing the template to break sending the right navigation bar to move to the bottom of the page. Resize the element to fit into the maximum width of the page. A hyperlink path can also break the template. Rename the hyperlink to the destination and remove the path from the content area.
