Why has the QPCU loyalty rebate been abolished in the new fee structure?
As a credit union our sole purpose is to serve our members. However, the changes brought about by ATM direct charging has influenced our ability to offer this rebate whilst enabling us to remain competitive in the marketplace with savings, investment and loan interest rates. To replace the rebate we have adopted a fee structure that can benefit all members by offering a number of ways to transact for FREE.
