We had a partnership with Pioneer Clubs for many years. We worked both with Pioneer Clubs and with the Association of Cherith Camps to build stronger camps to honor the Lord and this camp ministry. The training, support, and peer evaluation process that was started by the Association has given NeKaMo tools to build and grow in conjunction with the other Cherith camps. The core of the growth has been through the Association, not Pioneer Clubs, for the past 15 years. The new license agreement presented by Pioneer Clubs wrote the association out of the agreement. The NeKaMo Board could not, in good faith, sign the new agreement knowing our stewardship to the Lord through the NeKaMo Camp ministry.
