Why has the number of Guests Online / Members Online just dropped to 0?

There is a known fault on Cully Online where the server is either reset, or a new global.asa file is uploaded. This causes the server to run the application online subroutine. Because we are using shared hosting currently we do not have any control over this. Should we one day be able to afford a dedicated server we will be able to prevent this from occurring.
