The sketches shown previously were no more than ideas to show the kind of development being considered. They were prepared to help the Council choose which developer to select as its preferred partner. At that stage, the cost of off site services gas, water, sewerage etc and the sea defence works had not been established in any detail. Now it is clear that these costs are substantial and the Master plan indicates that the likely number of residential units is in the range of 290-345 apartments.
