Why has the Human Rights Act fallen into such disrepute?

there is nothing wrong with the Human Rights Act it is doing what it was set up to do, safe guard peoples rights, the problem is people do not fully understand the term human rights they think it means we can walk all over other peoples rights just coz our press tells us they deserve it lets take the case of the two Pakistani, they where locked up and investigated for moths and months yet the police could find nothing they had done wrong, that’s nothing they had done nothing that was deemed against the law, yet coz the police said they COULD be a threat to the UK so people are demanding they get deported but the courts say, well we can not deport them coz its against their human rights coz they have done nothing wrong. so then people like you pop up and say, well its the law then its wrong, who thought of a human rights law that was really going to stand up for every ones human rights that’s just asking for trouble.
