Why has Symbiosa Alliance adopted Business Sustainability approach rather than CSR?
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach has been “damaged” by companies getting the badge as an easy PR score. Although there are variants of CSR, e.g. “Tripple bottom line” that would have a lot in common with Business Sustainability, they tend not to focus on business sustainability as such, i.e. long-term business survival. So, Symbiosa Business Sustainability focuses on sustainability of a companys growth, which by default requires adherence to all aspects of CSR.
