Why has SCO filed a lawsuit against IBM?

0

SCO believes that IBM contributed UNIX derivative code to Linux that was to be held in confidence. IBM has also made it clear in their January 2003 keynote address at Linux World, NY that they plan to contribute any part of AIX that the Linux community deems valuable. This is in direct violation of their UNIX Licensing contract with SCO.
