Why has NSA delayed its opening to August 2010?
The recent turn in the financial market has had a tremendous impact on our startup plan, just as it is forcing school districts across the state to re-evaluate their own budgets. After much time and energy spent on reviewing various financing options, we were unable to secure the necessary funds for the acquisition of the intended facility. There was no longer enough time to continue to pursue additional financing options and ensure a successful opening for the 2009-2010 school year.
