Why has my stored resin got jelly lumps forming under the lid?

This is usually a sign that the resin is getting old and/or not properly stored and especially if you have used some out of the tin as air space inside the tin speeds up the process. Resin in this condition needs to be used up as soon as possible or it will be beyond saving.
