There may be a delay in payment withdrawal due to a credit endorsement or overpayment from a previous month, or because the withdrawal was scheduled for a weekend, holiday or sequence of both. Your payment may be combined with next month’s withdrawal if your policy has changed and we did not provide sufficient notice to you for a withdrawal. Your automatic EFT option may have been deleted because someone else on your account requested it to be removed (Your agent or spouse), because the last withdrawal resulted in Non-Sufficient Funds, or because your bank recognized that the account Authorization form has not been received or completed.
