Why has my favourite skin-care product or makeup colour been discontinued?
We’re sorry if your favourite Paula’s Choice skin care or makeup product has been discontinued. Products sometimes are discontinued due to the availability of certain ingredients. Sometimes these products will eventually be replaced by new and improved formulations. The decision to discontinue an item is never done impulsively. Many different factors are taken into account, including consumer preferences and purchasing patterns, as well as the availability of new ingredients and more advanced formulations. Even some of Paula’s personal favourites have been discontinued! We do realize that customers may want to stock up if their favourites are being discontinued, so we generally make discontinued products and shades available at 25-50% off retail (with no limits on the number you can purchase) on our Clearance page for as long as they are in stock.
