1) Isogon is a leader in mainframe software asset management, their technology discovers actual mainframe usage and is unique in its effectiveness at doing this; 2) Isogon also has linked this to contracts, which is critical for measuring the economic impact of software usage; 3) IBM is familiar with Isogon, having interacted with them as Business Partners and also having resold their technology; 4) We have largely complementary products; and 5) we have similar corporate values.
