For security reason, we do not accept group/anonymous login (e.g. info@mycompany.com). If you registered with this kind of address, you will be contacted by the support and requested to register with a valid individual and professional email (e.g. myname@mycompany.com). In the case a SITA customer has no professional and individual email address, then the company will need to provide a letter of discharge to SITA. Please contact the portal support team for more information on that subject.
