For the moment, grandMA Video supports only Quick Time Version 6.5.2. Please uninstall the Version 7.x or Versions prior than 6.5.2 before you install the grandMA Video Software. The Quick Time Version 6.5.2 installation runs automatically when you start the grandMA Video Software installation from the grandMA Video DVD. The Quick Time MPEG2 Codec on that DVD supports only the 6.5.2 Version.
