Why go with Sri Raghavendra Swamy Matha for this project?
The Raghavendra Swamy Matha is the custodian of three important areas it is the custodian of the Mrithika, it is very actively engaged in managing the activities of the several Brindavanas in India, and it is the institution in whose domain the name and legacy of Sri Raghavendra Swamy lies. Other Mathas and institutions can also treat and observe with reverence the legacy of Sri Raghavendra Swamy but it is the Matha at Mantralaya that is the official custodian of these. For the current project, the endorsement and support of the Matha is considered to be a proxy for the support and endorsement of Sri Raghavendra Swamy himself. As this current proposal involves an expansion of the geographic scope of the establishment of the Brindavana, we will look to the Matha at Mantralaya for guidance.
