Why formal meditations fail most often?
Ans. Most of the times they fail. But it is attractive like the idea of positive thinking. To most people they are useless and that is why there are so many dropouts. That is because, they go against the way the human mind works. Any feed that goes against the taste of mind is unacceptable to the mind. The Bindas Living Program is not a formal meditation. In strict sense it is not meditation. It is a scientifically made brain-training program. It is based on the way the physiology of brain works. The brain understands and accepts a teaching if it is given in the brain-language like the way your computer works. It will reject things which are unacceptable. Ppp goes the way the brain physiology goes and hence there is no conflict or compulsion for the brain.
