In the first ENGAGE, we focused on Tin Shui Wai because it is Hong Kongs largest new town and is facing challenges including high unemployment rates, risks of intergenerational poverty and lack of self-motivation. The CBLT has decided to focus on Tin Shui Wai again to create a sustainable impact in order to meet the many needs of this community.
