Why FAQ categories are so necessary?
It is very convenient for administrating as well as for website visitors – they won’t need to review the whole list of the existing questions. All they will have to do would be choosing the necessary question category and try to find the answer they are looking for. Nevertheless, if one does not need lots of categories and there’s only one created category in Content Manager, no category list will be displayed on the website. Only this category questions and answers will be displayed.
