Why existing political parties and national governments cannot resolve global problems?
Modern society become very complex during the last decades. New problems like climate change, WMD, poverty, organised crime etc. emerge. They cannot be solved by any government it the world. For now so called global issues are object of international treaties and various international organizations, but final results are very modest. Global problems concern surviving of humanity and civilization as a whole and insist new decision-making mechanism. Politicians cannot solve them, because politics is first and foremost ideology. Politicians are part of the global problems themselves, for the reason that partly they are created by the mindset of the rulers. The ideology cannot resolve emerging global problems, exactly like religious ideology was not been able to resolve political problems of 18th and 19th century.
