Why EWU Over the Other Choices of Public Universities in Washington State?
There are four universities in Washington State: 1) University of Washington located near rainy Seattle: This campus is huge and is the most expensive in the state of Washington. It is also the hardest to be accepted into. 2) Western Washington University: This is located north of Seattle and is about the same size as EWU although I have not heard of any intercollegiate sports teams. 3) Washington State University: This is located south of Spokane in the lower part of Washington State. This is the 2nd most expensive. 4) Eastern Washington University: Offers the most economical pricing and also a Finish in Four Program. The finish in four program guarantees freshmen will finish their degree in four years if they choose one of 50 selected majors and pass the requirement tests to be eligible for placement in a higher English and Math class.
