It’s probably due to the fact that you don’t have a program like Window Blinds or Theme XP. Basically you’ll need a third party program because Windows won’t let you do much. Also you’re probably downloading a theme specifically for Windows NT and you’re using XP. Your best bet is to download one of the softwares first then download the theme afterwards.
