Why even with the zzs upload system some users don transfer a full chunk from me?
There could be different reasons. Like for example that another client is set too close to its physical upload limit, that there was a genuine network glitch between you and him, or, for example, that you were put on upload when the other clients were unable to accept all the allocated bandwidth for some time, but then they got better and your slot isn’t needed – so you’re put back on queue – but at the top of it, so that you’re basically next in line again, only you’ve gained some kilobytes.
